I wouldn't feel right posting these creations without mentioning the teacher who inspires our family's continued focus on "quality". My daughter is now in eighth grade and yet her fifth grade teacher is still an active mentor and influence in her life. Her teacher's focus on “quality in all you do” is still such an essential part of my daughter’s life every day. My daughter continues to amaze me as she thrives to learn and grow. She is an incredible young woman. I truly believe it’s because of the influence of people like this teacher that she has become who she is. I’ve always loved the quote, “Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our heart, and we are never the same.” This quote describes my daughter’s teacher so perfectly. She has touched our lives in ways she might not ever see. Hopefully she will sense a glimpse of her effect as we try to share our gratitude with her for all she’s done and who she is. Although we still, and will probably always, refer to this sweet lady as “Haley’s teacher”; in our hearts we will always think of her as “our dear, sweet friend”. Our hearts are full of thanks to have her in our lives.
